We are very happy to say, we are now ready to open our doors to our clients. We took some time to make sure our new protocols were in place, to keep Students, Staff and Clients safe at IBS.
Note to our Clients:
At the moment, we cannot accommodate walk-ins. Services are “By Appointment” only.
We have limited space in our reception area. When clients arrive for the appointment, please call the school from your car to let us know that you have arrived.
We will ask you to come upstairs, and wait in the hallway. While you wait, please take the time to wash your hands in the bathroom down the hall. When it is time to start, our students will begin the check in process.
Before you enter the facility, a student will take your temperature, ask a few questions about your health and have you signing a release form before we start your service.
The student will escort you to the station or spa, where you should stay from the beginning of the service until the end.
Masks will need to be worn throughout the whole service removing it only when trimming around the ears is necessary.
For services, that clients are not able to keep mask on, the students is required to wear face shield for extra protection.
When the service is completed, you will be guided to the front desk for check out. If you would like to purchase products, contacted our staff and they will assist you.
When you are finished closing all the transactions, we will start sanitizing all area before the next service begins.
Cashless Payment (credit card) is required.
Please understand that due to extra sanitation steps and screening, we recommend arriving a few minutes prior to your appointment.
